30-Day Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our cutlery. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery on all knives and products.

Return Requirements:

• Items must be sent back with all original packaging, boxes, and materials.

• Returns missing original packaging, or showing incomplete packaging, are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
